so I got my 2gb and my calling minutes for the holiday promo. but I did not get the 1 gb, it said to sign in to the my rewards to get the credit . any help on this

Hi @johnpublic that is ONLY for those on the new rewards system

if you are on old system, you won't get it. But don't migrate to new system, not worth it

it's hard to recommend public Mobile to people when they do stuff like this though. not that I'm not grateful for the yearly data

Well, the irony is that since all new customers are on the new points system, they'd all get the 1GB bonus.

As mentioned by plenty of other people: the old rewards are better, so I gladly skip on 1GB to keep my rewards.
