      <description>&lt;P&gt;On Dec. 1&amp;nbsp; my account was suspended for an expired credit card. I contacted online and submitted payment which is on my account as paid and active on Dec. 1 it is now Dec. 3rd and my account is still not reactivated. My credit card says they took the payment Dec.1st. I need my phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
