Have you tried rebooting, resetting network settings or reinstalling SIM card? Can you put a 1 in front of the number? What message do you hear when calling or receiving a call?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Hold down the power button and power off then power the phone back on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
