      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I submitted a plan change on renewal for December 12th. The plan is the $55 20GB and I applied a promo code of -$20/month making it a total of $35/month.
