Unless you activated your sim card and plan in a store a long time ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In that case send a private message to CS_Agent to get help with that self service account set up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to create a Self Serve account. SIMon tells me that I need to create a ticket. The ticket only allows me to change my password or PIN, not create an account. Is it possible to talk to an actual person? If not, how do I create a self serve account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, everyone. It turns out that I just needed to wait a while after creating my Community account. It's a shame that there is no live customer support at Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
