Bill credit for phone purchased

I received an email offer to buy a pre-owned phone before Nov 26, 2022 and will get $5 credit for 6 months, total $30 bill credit. But I did not see any $5 credit from my November land December. I did use my email from my public mobile account to purchase the phone. When will I see the bill credit ?

Credit will be automatically applied within one month of offer closure, starting in January 2023 to eligible customer accounts in $5 monthly increments for 6 months.

@yatkeung They will deposit the money on the first couple days of December. Wait till after Dec 7, if you still don't see any money deposit in your account as Available Fund, then open ticket with PM Support.
