      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My plan just got renewed and I have a 4GB monthly data but on the first day it is showing almost 2 GB used though I rarely used a few mbs. Please assist.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also try logging in to your account using a browser in incognito mode. Your probably looking at old cached information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hard refresh your page CTRL + F5. If your still seeing the same, check your phones data usage in settings to see if its showing the descrepancy. You can filter by day usually&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
