      <description>&lt;P&gt;How can I summit a ticket&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i switched the family to with the 20offmonthly coupon and it worked on everyone but me. PM suspended my phone on and off all day and then made me pay the another 23$ to have it reactivated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
