I referred a friend. She used the referral code when signing up however I am not getting any referral points>

They're never instant, at best it'll show up in a couple of days to a week.

@pubpubpub make sure you friend check her My Account and see a $10 deposited into her Available Fund there

for you , if you are on the Public Point, it will take couple days and you should see a 1 point increase to it

if you are on the old rewards system ,you should see it there within 2 or 3 days.

and check if you get a text saying you have a new friend referred. (the text are buggy, it might or might not be come)

Just to restate the problem, my friend registered with Public Mobile in August using my referral code and I have never received the onetime $10 credit and I also have never received the 1point/month for referring her.

Your friend should receive a $10 credit but you should only receive 1 point.

It should be in your account in 72 hours.

If don’t see it in your account after the time frame. Contact a CS_Agent to have it corrected.
