Here's what I'd recommend, @BAIG :

Respond to the posts so far with some information regarding your complaint. We're pretty resourceful and can likely help, or at least guide you.
If your matter is strictly account related, follow earlier advice to contact a Customer Support Agent as only they can deal with specific account-related matters.
If your matter is not resolved at that level, you can ask for a more 'senior' or 'seasoned' CSA to consider the matter.
If after all of that you're still unsatisfied, you can register your complaint to the CCTS, which is the regulatory body which deals with such complaints, here's their link, CCTS | customer complaint resolution for telecom and TV services (ccts-cprst.ca)
