      <description>&lt;P&gt;Monday November 28 2022, i upgrade my plan to the&amp;nbsp; cyber Monday promotionnal plan&amp;nbsp; (&amp;nbsp; 15Go , on 4G for 40.00 per month) that was suppose to be applied today December 01. 2022.&amp;nbsp; But today my old plan remain unchange and i want to know why.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I purchased the plan, I had to wait unitl the expiry of the current plan I was on.&amp;nbsp; Then it was there the next day. Not sure maybe have to wait a little bit.&amp;nbsp; You can also verify that you did in infact purchase it if you go to Payment History It should show you the "reciept" of your new plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
