Hi,

Not sure where to put this.. I'm having account problems.

I know my user name

I know the email used

Obviously, the phone number as well.

I cant get logged in to the account to get to my rewards - it says max login attempts..

Do you use incognito to login? I use chrome and use incognito and haven't had too much problems. I also clear cookies if not using incognito.

You click the 3 dots top of your browser to get the menu and choose incognito. It starts the browser without any cookies from using the browser earlier.

Ok. Well, I am able to post here, but up in the top right is says community and sign in.

I've also received a verification pin and email.

@Metal1967 I do not know how that would make a difference, but I am always with a mask due to a medical condition of a member of the household. I've never heard of that - where would i be found?

Different browsers have different names for it. Incognito, private, secret etc. It's not the web page, it's the browser.

@johnprince It a setting on your browser.. whether you use chrome .. etc.. incognito mode.. clearly you are able to surf the net.. do a quick search.. easier than typing instructions..

@Metal1967No such setting on my browser. Not using chrome and no sue what browser .. etc.. is. Yes. Nothing comes up for my setting, just finding the setting in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, which I expect are other types of browsers.
