No. PM service is only in Canada, or add-ons in USA.

No. PM provides service in Canada and US with US add-on only.

Reward minutes are for calling FROM Canada to selected number of countries.

no , the reward minutes is to call from Canada only. They are not roaming minutes

There is no roaming service in Spain for PM

Please use local data prepaid. You can also use VoIP app Textnow to call back Canada or give that phone number to your friend to call and text you

have you considered using a free voip app like TextNow. It uses your wifi or data and you can send / receive free calls / texts while abroad using wifi. Most resorts, cafes, public areas have free wifi ...you might just have to ask for their password. I've used it and seems to work good. If you buy a local sim and a cheap data plan, that works with voip apps as well as wifi. There's other free voip apps to use... but I'm happy with the TextNow app.
