      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you do a plan change &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34904"&gt;@malams&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, it is usually set to your next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to see it pending, (or set one up) when you log on to self-serve, click the little refresher icons, then go under the tab "plans and add ons" on the left for any pending plan changes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
