Wondering can I keep my account

I have a new phone with a different carrier. But I want transfer my phone number to the new carrier. But I want to keep my public mobile plan and put a new phone on the plan and transfer my wife phone number over. Is this possible to do?

@LeciaroverRTK , unfortunately once you complete a number port, the account will close.

HI @LeciaroverRTK how long you have this PM account for and what loyalty rewards you are getting? If you are on old rewards system and getting good loyalty discount, you should keep the old number here and not to port out

Sorry it can’t be done. You can’t have two carriers with the same number.

Best to get a new number with the new carrier and put the PM SIM in your wife’s phone so you can keep all your old Rewards system credits.
