      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you haven't heard from support yet then go to recharge.com and buy a voucher. They also take Paypal. Then they email you the code. Dial 611 and enter it in. Your services will reactivate. Then you can take you time figuring out the card problem while having active service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
