If yes, just leave it there and it will be used on future renewals.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you ever experienced any page errors or similar issues during activation of those 3 numbers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might be charged multiple times if you got an error during payment and then tried to pay again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Get screenshots of your card ready, check your transactions on PM account and contact agent for refund. Do not dispute charges with your bank and do not ask for chargeback.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If ticketing does not work very first time&lt;/STRONG&gt;, contact agent directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+)&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
