      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM does not provide refund except for US add-on not working (at their discretion).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you suspect somebody is using and abusing your credit card talk to you bank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Be aware if you ask for chargeback from your bank regarding charges form PM your account will be in jeopardy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
