I need to change my email on my account. I no longer use it. Can you please tell me exactly what to do. Simon is not the most helpful.

Plese direct members to be using the chatbot. Sending a private message without first opening a ticket using the chatbot results in the customer receiving slower service.

I'm wondering why we are not allowed to change our emails ourselves. Don't most places allow you to change your email without having to contact them?

I am thining that too. For those who can still access My Account, they should have a feature to change it themselves
