    <description>&lt;P&gt;If your account hasn't been &lt;STRONG&gt;deactivated&lt;/STRONG&gt;, you should be able to log in to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll need a new sim and you can log in to your account to change sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="sim.jpg"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/skins/images/596C2A8C74F27F6ADB6474AC5F72501B/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="sim.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it has been deactivated (longer than 90 days past last renewal date) then you'll need a new sim to start a new account using a different email address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can access your account if you use computer. If your PM service is still activate, then order new sim card. After receive new sim card, login your&amp;nbsp;PM self service account to change sim card number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
