    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I am having a porting issue as well. Coming from Telus to Public. &amp;nbsp;Responded yes to Telus. &amp;nbsp;Have not received anything from Public. &amp;nbsp;Checked my Public account and my ported number is there. &amp;nbsp;iPhone connected to Public network but I cannot make or receive calls or texts. &amp;nbsp;I reset network settings etc but no joy. &amp;nbsp;Could I get the number to call for porting issues as well please? &amp;nbsp;Thank You very much&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just tried to port my number from Bell. I received the text message, hit yes saying to port the number. within 1 minute i received a text from public mobile saying that it looks like i entered the incorrect ESN / MEID&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can switch out sims and have text message / imessages on both sims, but only phone calls from my bell sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please open a ticket using the chatbot to ask a Public Mobile customer support agent for assistance.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if possible, the Bell account number should be used instead of IMEI.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
