Was offered the 15gb for $40 today Nov. 28 via text but cannot get to it ONLY see 5gb for $40

@chrisce hi just use the scroll down arrow to go down to the plan it's there in the change plans section of your account

15GB plan is still there. Just start changing plan and scroll down.

@chrisce To have the best success of finding the plan your looking for, try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode first.

I'm still on the old $25 plan and rewards and the 15gb for $40 is greyed.

@chrisce did you use the yellow arrow icons to scroll up and down to get to the plan you want? The icon will be on the far right on desktop mode or at the bottom for mobile mode

or post us screenshot what you meant by greyed out

I don't want the $50 plan I want the $40 for 15gb and it's greyed out... I'm only offered 5gb for $40 which I will not accept

The arrows shown in the picture need to be used to select the plan you wish to have. The arrows go in both directions and the plan are sorted in order of price. In some web browsers, the arrows will be left and a right.
