Easy @NKBA

On the day BEFORE your travel to the US, log into self-serve, choose Plan and Add-Ons from the left, select the plan you wish to add. Ensure you have the funds, or a registered payment card, to pay for the add-on.

Then when in the USA, manually select network to T-Mobile, reboot your device and you should be good to go!!!

@NKBA You can buy that add on from inside your My Account.

Log in to your account Plan and Add-ons / Purchase add-ons....you'll see the menu...select one of the 10 Day US Roaming add-ons you want.

be aware..many customers reporting the talk portion of the PM add-on is flakey and not very reliable in US for talk.

I will add, @NKBA , if you're going to be in the US for more than 20 days, it may be wise to obtain a US prepaid SIM card while there (T-Mobile or Mint mobile) and use a plan there which will give you way more reliability and data than the PM options provided.
