      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am still receiving my 1 gb of 3G data from my $25 plan, but I was just charged for the $40 plan that I switched to, that has 10 gb. Why hasn't my profile updated yet?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You are probably looking at a cached version. Also do you mean 15GB for $40?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
