    <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately you will not get any credit changing plans in the middle of billing cycle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no point asking agent for a credit as rules are very clear: change plan NOW and your new billing period starts Now and you are charged Now for new plan. Schedule plan change and on renewal you will be on new plan and be charged for new plan only.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
