Losing rewards when switching plans

Hi, I’m currently on at $35/3GB plan and am thinking of upgrading to the $40/15GB cyber Monday deal. I’m wondering if my monthly rewards will remain. I know public mobile changed the rewards structure to points since I got my account. I currently get: $2/m pre authorized payments, $1/m loyalty and $2/m refer a friend.

Switching plans will not affect your rewards. Your rewards are tied to your account, not your plan.

You will keep the old rewards if you don’t opt into the new one.

I made the switch and can confirm that the billing section shows you will not lose the discount.

yes if you are in old reward system, it will keep apply to your new plan. As long as you not switch to new reward program. In my opinion, the old reward system is way better than the new program so dont switch.

YES. Your rewards will stay as is as rewards are tied up with Account not Plan so you are safe to switch it.
