      <title>Autopay Difficulties</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I recently lost the credit card affiliated with my AutoPay account and&amp;nbsp;it arrived a few days past my auto-payment date. I tried to update my card (along with making a one-time payment) and my cellular service still does not work. Everytime I try to make it call, it tells me to call *611. My account balance says I have funds worth $202.00 available.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-Did I double charge my credit card?&lt;BR /&gt;- What will it take to get my phone service to work again?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks and best wishes,&lt;BR /&gt;Ray&lt;/P&gt;</description>
