How do I change my plan ? I was offered 15g at 4G speed for $40 monthly- I don’t know what my current plan is and having trouble navigating this , is there a live person to help me or no

Only customers like yourself are helping other customers.

To change plan, log in to your account, click on Plans and scroll through plans with cursors on right hand side. Pick plan and decide do you want to change plan NOW or next renewal. If you change now you will be charged immediately for new plan. Better to schedule change on next renewal.
