Will public Mobile create an app for users since it is self serve? Logging in and the website is quite slow.

No body knows, may will or will not. But you could contact PM customer service for your suggesting here

I don't see an app coming here. A few years ago Koodo got rid of theirs so I don't see Telus providing an app for PM

I do not think so. They would need to maintain 2 different platforms and it might create even more glitches. So no thanks, we do not need PM app.
