      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can also verify that data roaming is on. I found that switching this off will cause issues with sending and receiving text. Also confirm the device is connected to the carrier network by going into settings&amp;gt; mobile network (may be different on your phone).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you make sure Data Roaming is turned On? also make sure that your phone has service and is connected. if not call public to try to activate your phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
