      <description>&lt;P&gt;think that you can activate your new plan immediately—-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when one switches plans they do have the option of the new plan starting immediately or at the next renewal date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you reply to the text offer? It was a great idea but I haven't heard that it worked for anyone. So just set it up manually for your next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on any little spinner refresh icons to see updated information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
