Missing Monthly Data Add On

Hi, we signed up for a plan last March 2022. We were given 1GB extra data per month for 1 year. It’s not there or showing that it’s been there at all in history. Can you explain where it went and get it put back on? This is our daughter’s account and she now has basically no data.

Sorry, it was an extra 2GB a month for one year and it’s disappeared.

When is your renewal? What plan did you sign up on? Have you changed the plan? What exact date did you sign up on? There were some promos for a year and some for 6 months.

Are you saying you never saw it in the account from the beginning? What are the chances it's actually used up for this month? The mention of the data will disappear when used up. Then at the next renewal it will show up again.

1gb of data isn't a whole lot of data these days "for the kids".

Signed up March 2022 $25/month unlimited text/call, 1G data plan with a promotion for an extra 2G a month for 1 year. So it shouldn’t be done yet.

That promo data resets each renewal. Can you look at the usage details and add up all the mentions of data usage since the last renewal. Or set the phone to the last renewal and see what it says for data usage (not as accurate).

It states that she only has 1024 MB and only has 18 MB left for this month. Doesn’t renew till Dec 8th. We went back through all the months and no where does it state she even got the extra data. She tends to use her phone on wifi a lot so we didn’t really notice till she was streaming soccer today (from not at home) and she got the warning.

1024 is your proper plan data. Can you click on all the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use private mode to view the page. It might show some different information. If you still see some plan data left and you don't see a promo box with that 2gb of data in it then it sounds like you simply never got the promo.
