      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i ran out of data and bought the 1gb add on. However I still don’t have working data on my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what could be the problem?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Purchasing an add-on is a two step process where it adds funds to your account first and then you have to go purchase again where it uses the added funds to actually add the add-on to your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: You might get an error when you purchase the add-on. In this case, you can dial 611 from your phone to purchase the add-on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
