I bought the $15 300 minute overseas package but cannot get through to a number in South Africa. Why?

@MRBest Check what you purchased.. then check if the country is included in your purchase.. not every country works here…

@MRBest hi sorry that add on does not include south africa, Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.

The $15 300 minutes international call doesn't include South Africa.
