    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;There is absolutely nothing that you can do if by chance you accidentally clicked on and accepted the switch to the point system. Some members may tell you that you should have read the fine print but in my opinion it's borderline trickery - it also has happened to me. In my case I did contact CS within hours of clicking the accept switch to points but was just basically &amp;nbsp;told &amp;nbsp;too bad.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am under $25 plan and have been preauthorised my account with my credit card ever since I activated the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just noticed that I have never received any $2 credit towards pre authorization payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help what should I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;WHEN did you open account with PM. Any new account after Jan 2022 will not receive autopay credit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You should get the $2/month credit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you activate your SIM on May 5, 2020?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact a CS_Agent to have this corrected unless you opted in for the Points system then you are stuck with it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
