New Black Friday promotion

I submitted a change to the new $55/20Gb with a 20%off. For a net monthly plan fee of $35 for 15 months. However, after I submitted for effective on next renewal date, I found out the future plan still says $55, although I have applied the promo code of 20OFFMONTHLY and confirmed acceptance by system. Should it show $35 instead of $55? Thank you.

Here's what I found when trying to subscribe as future plan. Although the system seems accepting the promo code, however, checking future payment info, the charge is still $55 without the $20 off. Unless the PM can confirm this promo now available to current subscribers...
