Should be within the hour. Make sure to contact them asap before they go home for the night in a couple of hours.

how did you get locked out? did you forget the password so many times it locks your account?

Anyways, i think you should send a private message to mods to get help.

Password reset is really iffy. Many customers report getting an email that has an expired link. It is best to just get the moderator team to reset the password. BTW, we don't need to be judgmental about why.
