Website freezes when I try and change plan

Trying to change my plan from the $35 for 2.5 gigs plan to the $55 for 20gig plan with the 20OFFMONTHLY promo code.

But when I click yes, change my plan on renewal date, I just get the spinning circle thing for..until I reload the page, been 15+ mins now, tried on multiple browsers, what gives PM?

That is for new activations only. There is the 15 GB for $40 and 20 GB for $45 for existing customers.

@bennyg , it could be high traffic with all the promos happening recently. Try using incognito mode on your browser just in case that caching is causing the problem.

That's true but it was never supposed to.
