Hi @Hanhnguyen this phone ever usef on PM? if it has never been used in PM, it is likely looking for carrier unlock code which PM cannot provide you. You will have to check with your old carrier

I have an IPhone and use the PM all the time. Recently I have to replace the glass on the phone, so I temporarily used other phone. After that I put the SIM back to the same phone I use before. It’s working for few days then suddenly it’s locked and request a PUK to unlock
