The actual promotion should be accurate, just the welcome email, which is really catching my eye.

In the promo line, I see two minus signs. Does that mean they cancel out and the net is a positive sign?

Not really, this should just be a technical glitch, hopefully PM IT department will fix this out so more people will receive the welcome email with correct info!

It looks like a double negative. Hopefully it doesn't become a problem for the billing department.
