      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/263733"&gt;@Weihann&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, by chance are you blocking notifications on your phone?&amp;nbsp; I am not sure if this is still true but last time I investigated amber alerts only work when connected to the LTE network.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit:&amp;nbsp; Alerts only work on LTE network and WPA capable devices.&amp;nbsp; No change from when I last checked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.cwta.ca/for-consumers/wpa-sasfp/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.cwta.ca/for-consumers/wpa-sasfp/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your PM SIM is definitely able to receive Alerts as long as it connects to the LTE network, so it's got to be some kind of issue with your phone.&amp;nbsp; What kind of phone do you have?&amp;nbsp; Is it WPA capable?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, it is iPhone 7+, btw, I was able to receive this type of alert before I transferred to Public from Freedom.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is showing 3G.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
