      <title>Plan did not switch over.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had selected the $40 for 15g to switch over on my next payment. I just checked and it didn't switch over. How do I get this rectified so, I don't have to pay double?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
