    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My credit card was expired and I wasn't aware of it. My service was suspended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After I updated my card info, and pushed the payment. It said my account is back to active in "My Account".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But my service is still not restored. I tried turning off/on my phone, reselect carrier in phone settings, verified Cellular Data Network and waited for 3 days. I still haven't get my service back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any steps I left or I simply have to wait longer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think you did everything ever advised in this case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To confirm your account is really Active, try accessing your account with difference browser, clear cache, use incognito mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your account is active, you did reboot it few times, reset carrier. The only thing I could suggest is to try your SIM in another phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If everything fails, last resource would be to contact agent for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/265018"&gt;@evo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Try logging back into your account again using a browser in incognito mode and make sure that your account and plan is Active.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; You might have been looking at old cached information before.&amp;nbsp; Maybe the payment really didn't go through.&amp;nbsp; Double check in the payment history of your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
