Sim card suspended but still deducted the payments

I used my sim card for long time and decided to keep it on a $10 plan just keep it active so i dont loose it(contact number). When i changed to higher plan found that the sim card was blocked even I was making the monthly payments. There is no option to talk to anyone no customet service agent available,

Had to buy additional simcard.

Technical paid over $150 for nothing.

or use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket.. Tell them about your problem.

When did Public last take a payment from you? Or did you keep a balance on the account?

Are you able to login to the account? What recording do you get when you dial 611?

Were you aware of the price increase last Spring?

No when i login it shows 404 error

Cant call it says not registered on network.
