      <title>Sim card suspended but still deducted the payments</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used my sim card for long time and decided to keep it on a $10 plan just keep it active so i dont loose it(contact number). When i changed to higher plan found that the sim card was blocked even I was making the monthly payments. There is no option to talk to anyone no customet service agent available,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had to buy additional simcard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Technical paid over $150 for nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When did Public last take a payment from you? Or did you keep a balance on the account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to login to the account? What recording do you get when you dial 611?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Were you aware of the price increase last Spring?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
