      <description>&lt;P&gt;From your phone (unless you have her phone on hand) dial 1-855-4pu-blic (or 611) and enter the phone number and tell us what the recording says.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If suspended then what is the plan cost?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not suspended then why are you adding money? Adding money doesn't do anything until renewal time or could be used to buy add-ons. So what's going on if not suspended?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yea it’s suspended but I have added money I have never been able to login to pick a plan last time one of moderator picked plan for her . There Is 60 on there now can someone activate a plan with data again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
