      <description>&lt;P&gt;some steps to test...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone is on 'do not disturb' then it ll do that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have recently ported your number in and porting didnt go through as expected then It will do that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call forward enabled?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
