      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I signed up last year and I got my promotional data but they also gave me a one time bonus of 500 minutes and a one time 4 or 4.5GB data bonus at Christmas last year. I no longer see the 4GB bonus in my account and I didn't use it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/258022"&gt;@Mobilemechanic&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; You probably used all that bonus data then without you knowing.&amp;nbsp; It's been known to happen.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since it was a one time bonus, it's not like it renews every month, like your regular monthly data bucket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I opened a ticket. They tried to say it was used but I got the Christmas bonus 2GB first and I still have 1.92GB of that left. I rarely go over my limit and when I do, it's only a little bit. I hope they can check my usage for the last year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
