      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/153167"&gt;@pucke&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;if you are sending MMS, you need to have mobile data enabled (but it won't actually counted into your data bucket)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are sending iMessage or RCS, you need to have Mobile data or Wifi enabled and connected&amp;nbsp; (and it will count into you data if you used Mobile Data)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To send and receive MMS your DATA has to be on even though PM will not use your data allowance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/153167"&gt;@pucke&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Glad it worked.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just remember to toggle your data off when not in use, unless you have restricted apps from using data when not in Wi-Fi zones. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You also may want to make sure your device's data assist programs (if applicable) are not running as it will use mobile data when Wi-Fi signals are weak.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
