      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24596"&gt;@Cat_&lt;/a&gt;!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check in selfserve, the money you topped up is probably sitting as "Available funds".&amp;nbsp; If not, do you see the data add-on listed under "My Add-ons"?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The add-on purchasing system in selfserve is broken for the last few days.&amp;nbsp; If you see your money as available funds in selfserve, just dial 611 and buy the add-on you want using the automated system.&amp;nbsp; If the money has been used to buy the add-on already and you have no access to data, you will have to send a private message to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to get help.&amp;nbsp; Provide them with your public mobile number and one of the mods will take a look.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24596"&gt;@Cat_&lt;/a&gt;, what did you use the top up for, to buy an addon or to start a new plan immediately?&amp;nbsp; It is hard to tell.&amp;nbsp; As already mentioned, addon purchases may not go through on the self serve as there is a major bug in the system.&amp;nbsp; If you want to renew the plan immediately, it would be best to ask the moderator team to do that for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
