Changed to the new 4G/12 GB plan almost 2 weeks ago.

On a brief call and noticed it said 3G. Should this concern me?

iPhone 12

Just change settings in your phone to choose the network automatically . Don't manually choose 3g or 4G.

Even with a 4G plan, calls still use the 3G network as before your switch of plan.
